When you edit a BP, or any observation, in Synergy you can use the Add Note dialog or the appropriate Observation dialog. This can be configured from the View|Settings menu in Clinic, and choosing the Miscellaneous tab. If you uncheck “Edit notes using observation dialogs” you will be able to edit using the Add Note dialog and this can be used to change the date.
