How do you use the information about a learner and translate that into an appropriate educational plan? It can be tricky, and requires considerable thought and ingenuity.
First, sum up the learner. Second, is there a problem? Third, define the problem. Fourth, make an educational diagnosis. This sheet gives you some ideas as to how to do that.
Try some of these questions out. They are for you the Trainer. Helps to do this with a buddy. Modify them to make them work for you. Try out some new questions that reflect more your own personality.

- What metaphors can you come up with to express yourself?

- Who else is relevant to you in this situation?
- What is the significance of those relationships?
- What do those others mean to you?
