Same scenario – A mother comes for help for her 8 month old child. In addition, you know that she has a child aged 6 who has generalised development delay. Mum had always known her child had had problems long before diagnosis made. Since the birth of the new baby, mum has given up her job to be with him at all times to check that there are no problems with him. This has started to affect her relationship with her husband.
