  • response to other peoples idea of right and wrong – social expectations

Guilt

  • internal
  • an internal voice of self-criticism (conscience)
  • reparation requires atonement – focus on the victim
  • under the individuals voluntary cotrol (Kant)
  • there is a victim
  • used by organisations to create power/control over individuals
