Tetanus
Tetanus status in patients over 15 is monitored via the report schedule. Reminders are addedautomatically to allow opportunistic immunisation where required.The computer is updated if tetanus immunisation has been receivedelsewhere eg in Casualty.
Rubella
Rubella status in teenagers is monitored annually via the report schedule. Teenagers with no recordof rubella status are contacted and offered vaccination ifnecessary.
Use the following codes:
- Rubella vaccination or standard MMR codes
- Rubella immune
- Rubella vaccination not wanted
- Rubella vaccine due reminder
