Physical examination 4: Specific skills

The doctor often has some difficulty in gaining cooperation when examining patients. He/ she is not very good with instruments nor at using the correct technique in examining patients					The doctor positions the patient properly, shows that he/she can elicit physical signs adequately, and displays skill in the use of instruments.
