Linda has spoken with her father’s social worker and GP. Her father has been assessed by the GP and found not to have a severe mental deficit. Linda thinks that he should have some protection or be in a home as she is worried that the local rough lads will come back and steal more money from him. Her dad doesn’t agree.
What legal avenues could be explored? Would these be appropriate here?
